This role involves converting physical and digital business cards into accurate digital contacts stored securely on AWS cloud servers, accessible across devices and sharable within organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data meticulously using Microsoft Excel ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain productive communication with team members to uphold data quality and completeness.
• Aid in organizing and managing databases for easy and timely data retrieval.
• Perform data verification and validation to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
• Compile and generate analytical reports from the collected data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and optimize the data entry workflows.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Available to work full-time remotely with immediate start between August 6, 2026, and September 10, 2026.
• Commitment to a 4-month internship duration.
• Possess proficient typing skills and strong written English communication.
• Must be female candidates interested in starting or restarting their career.
• Fundamental knowledge in MS Office and Excel applications.
