Data Entry Analyst

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is looking for a Data Entry Analyst to help keep internal records accurate, well-organized, and ready for business use. The position focuses on maintaining data quality, updating documentation, and supporting structured remote operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, revise, and maintain precise records in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Check incoming information for completeness, correct formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Sort digital documents and keep files aligned with internal documentation standards.
• Share task progress, missing details, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Handle customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, along with strong communication, organization, and dependability.
• Capability to work remotely while taking ownership and following tasks through to completion.
• Comfort in a structured corporate environment.
• Ability to accurately manage documentation, records, systems, or operational work.
• Good problem-solving ability and a willingness to work within established processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote teams or handling documentation-heavy workflows.
• Familiarity with common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems, depending on the role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working on recurring tasks and internal systems.
