Position Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator role focuses on delivering a consistently strong customer experience across the full customer journey. The position centers on efficient onboarding, prompt service delivery, and respectful support at every stage of the relationship, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the company delivers on its customer experience commitment by acting as a dependable point of contact for customers and helping resolve their needs with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to enterprise clients across several regions.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through clear, responsive communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat regarding accounts, services, and other requests.
- Reach out proactively to welcome new customers, share company updates, and follow up on customer requests.
- Own customer issues from start to finish and serve as the main contact for resolution.
- Communicate professionally with both internal teams and external customers.
- Support billing-related questions, including statements, charges, and use of the online portal.
- Update customer billing records such as billing addresses, payment methods, and contact details.
- Process payments received by phone, email, and chat.
- Handle cancellation-related questions, including account closure, contract terms, and cancellation charges.
- Coordinate, collect, and submit complete order packets from the Sales team to Service Delivery.
