Role Overview
The business is seeking a Creative Producer to join its wider creative programming team. In this role, you will help shape the use of creative elements across events and bring fresh concepts to life. The position suits someone with creative thinking, a strong understanding of how creative projects are developed, and the ability to manage several strands of work at once while working with both internal colleagues and external partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to the development and delivery of creative programming across events.
- Transform new ideas into practical productions that can be delivered effectively.
- Work across multiple projects at the same time, keeping priorities and timelines under control.
- Liaise with internal teams and outside stakeholders to support the successful delivery of event experiences.
- Help maintain high-quality outcomes while ensuring work is completed efficiently and within budget.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will already have experience in creative or production-focused work and a clear understanding of cultural programming. Experience in events, arts, media, or similar creative environments would be especially relevant. Strong organisational ability, confident communication, and a collaborative approach are all important for this post.
Essential Details
Salary is £35,000 to £40,000 depending on proven experience, and the role also includes a £3,000 essential car users allowance. Candidates must have full access to their own car and a current driving licence. The role is based in Belford, England, United Kingdom.

- Willingness to work flexibly and attend the Belford office for meetings, site visits, and production-related needs.
- Helpful but not essential: education or training in production, arts management, creative industries, or a related area, plus previous client-facing experience.
