Position Overview
A fast-growing professional services organization is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help expand its corporate teams, with hiring needs spanning Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations. This is a practical, hands-on recruiting position suited to someone who enjoys working in a growth-focused environment and partnering closely with managers to deliver strong hiring results.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruiting while also contributing to the creation of more structured, scalable hiring processes as the company continues to grow. It offers direct exposure to leadership and room for long-term career development.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify job needs, ideal candidate profiles, and expected hiring timelines.
- Draft and maintain job ads, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination workflows.
- Screen candidates by phone, organize interviews, and assist with evaluation activities.
- Act as a recruiting partner to department leaders and support talent decisions.
- Share market intelligence on hiring trends, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Help ensure every candidate receives a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.
- Source talent through professional networks, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to improving recruiting workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor recruiting activity and key metrics such as pipeline progress and time-to-fill.
- Support the growth of recruiting systems and infrastructure.
- Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions and help with employer brand efforts as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, in-house, or professional services settings.
- Background recruiting for Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Operations positions.
- Strong sourcing ability and proven candidate engagement skills.
- Comfort managing several searches at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Prior experience in a scaling or growth-stage organization is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week in Uptown Dallas.
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid setup, with most work done remotely and one required in-office day each week at the Uptown Dallas office. The culture is collaborative and team-oriented, with frequent interaction with leadership.

Compensation
Base salary is between $65,000 and $75,000 per year.
