Role overview
This part-time, on-site opportunity in Abu Dhabi is for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will review current operating processes, spot inefficiencies, and lead initiatives that strengthen productivity, quality, and consistency across the organization.
What you will do
You will map end-to-end workflows, study performance metrics, build practical improvement plans, and work with teams across functions to put process changes into action. The role also includes defining measurable goals, tracking key performance indicators, and running workshops or training sessions to help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting and documentation
You will capture best practices, prepare leadership-ready reports, and make sure all changes support business priorities as well as applicable regulatory expectations.
What the role calls for
The ideal candidate should bring a solid understanding of business process improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, along with strong analytical ability for data interpretation, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis. Experience in operational excellence and operations management is important, especially where measurable efficiency improvements have been achieved.
You should be capable of designing, documenting, and refining workflows and standard operating procedures, and be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at different levels. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline is expected; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications are a plus.
Experience in financial services, consulting, or capital markets would be helpful, though it is not mandatory. The position requires someone who can work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage part-time commitments, and meet priorities and deadlines effectively.
