Constituency Management Executive

Role overview

This position supports the day-to-day functioning of Community Club operations. The executive will help promote CC activities, classes, and events to members of the public, with the goal of bringing in new participants and customers. The role also involves providing administrative support to the Constituency Office and Grassroots Organisations. Depending on deployment needs, the person may also contribute in finance, operations, or information technology coordination within the Constituency Office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Community Club operational activities.
• Market and promote CC programmes, courses, and events to customers and potential participants.
• Help attract new customers and increase engagement with CC offerings.
• Provide administrative support to the Constituency Office and Grassroots Organisations.
• Take on functional and coordinating duties in finance, operations, or IT support as required.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should have experience in marketing, sales, or customer service. Familiarity with account handling will be an advantage. A friendly, upbeat manner and comfort in working with people from different backgrounds are important. The role also calls for someone who can work well on their own and collaborate effectively with a team.

Selection and contract details

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. Those selected will attend PA’s structured interview process. Successful candidates will be appointed on a 3-year contract and assigned to a Constituency Office or Community Club.
