Role Overview

The Client Marketing Manager for Qatar will lead localized marketing strategies and manage campaigns from start to finish to support growth for key partners and clients in the market. This is a strategic role that combines client/account partnership, lifecycle marketing informed by data, and close collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients as a marketing advisor, helping shape joint yearly plans that connect their business goals with growth objectives.
  • Own the planning and full execution of marketing programs and campaigns for key partners, working alongside media, creative, and digital agency teams.
  • Manage payment products with a brand-focused approach, building full-funnel campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention to influence customer behavior.
  • Adapt regional and global marketing assets for local use and develop strong partner ecosystems with merchants, digital platforms, and entertainment brands in the market.
  • Work with Product, Legal, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver projects, handle budgets, and monitor results.
  • Shape campaign strategies to fit Qatar’s consumer environment, local regulatory expectations, and seasonal spending patterns.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or account management within financial services, fintech, retail banking, payment networks, telecom, FMCG, or agencies serving financial clients.
  • Strong commercial judgment and business understanding, with the ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end outcomes with high accuracy.
  • Hands-on, data-driven marketing experience, including optimization, performance marketing, automation tools, portfolio marketing, campaign planning, localized positioning, and lifecycle execution.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively, with a disciplined approach to agency deliverables and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, along with solid knowledge of the Qatar consumer market, the local banking environment, and regional media trends.
