Role Overview

What You Will Do

  • Record first notice of loss claims received through phone and other reporting channels accurately and within required timelines.
  • Handle more complex claims questions and issues, knowing when to escalate or involve other team members so customers and colleagues receive clear, effective support.
  • Work with internal teams and external customers to exchange information, confirm facts, and resolve questions or issues efficiently.
  • Share suggestions and observations with the team to help strengthen service quality.
  • Work in line with company procedures and comply with risk and regulatory expectations.

Schedule and Work Setup

  • The shift is eight hours long and falls within the operating window of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Time.
  • The role is fully remote, and training is also conducted remotely.
