Role Summary

This full-time caregiver position is based in Dubai and requires working on-site. The caregiver will deliver warm, dependable in-home support to clients, helping with everyday activities, medication prompts, movement assistance, personal hygiene, and basic wound or health observation as instructed by clinical professionals.

Key Duties

The role involves noticing and recording any changes in a client’s condition or behavior, staying connected with remote healthcare teams through digital tools, and helping clients use wearables or monitoring equipment. You will also maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and care providers to support consistent care and follow the agreed care plan. In addition, you will help keep the home environment safe, orderly, and comfortable while encouraging independence, dignity, and well-being.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should bring practical experience in caregiving and client support, particularly with daily living assistance, mobility help, and personal care. Comfort with basic health monitoring, such as checking vital signs, observing symptoms, and following clinical direction, is important. Familiarity with digital health tools, apps, and wearable devices is also needed, along with the ability to work calmly under pressure and communicate clearly and compassionately.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should be able to work on-site in Dubai and manage time effectively. Prior experience in home healthcare, nursing support, or caregiving is an advantage. Certification or training related to caregiving, nursing assistance, or healthcare support is preferred. Arabic proficiency is required, and knowledge of other commonly spoken regional languages is a plus.
