Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

Role overview

We are seeking cabin crew who bring warmth, adaptability, and confidence to every journey. In this role, you will represent the airline to customers, offering guidance, reassurance, and attentive support throughout the flight.

This position is not limited to guest service alone. Safety is central to the job, and you will be expected to manage service flow, security awareness, and emergency procedures with calm leadership. Training is delivered through a world-class learning environment in Dubai.

• Act as the primary point of contact for passengers during the journey.
• Provide friendly, observant, and dependable assistance to customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Take charge of cabin service delivery while maintaining strict safety and security standards.
• Follow operational procedures and respond confidently in demanding situations.
• Deliver an authentic, professional experience that reflects a polished and globally minded airline culture.

Experience and qualification requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• A positive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfort interacting with people from many cultures.
• Minimum education level: high school graduate / Grade 12.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with a reach of 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
• No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform, unless concealed with bandages or cosmetics.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai and satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.
• Ability to maintain high standards, remain solution-focused, and handle a demanding work schedule.

Compensation and benefits

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month.
• Average total monthly pay of AED 11,244, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
• Overseas meal allowance for night stops, paid in arrears with the following month’s salary.
