Role overview

Emirates is seeking confident, adaptable cabin crew members who can make customers feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. As the airline’s front-line representative, you will guide passengers, provide assistance when needed, and help create a welcoming travel experience.

This role goes far beyond hospitality. Safety and security are central to the position, and you will be expected to manage onboard services and procedures with calm leadership. Training is delivered through a high-standard learning environment in Dubai.

What you will do

• Assist passengers with direction, support, and in-flight service.
• Maintain a calm and professional presence while handling service, security, and safety duties.
• Apply airline procedures confidently during normal operations and in emergency situations.
• Represent the airline with a polished, culturally aware, and service-focused approach.
• Work effectively with colleagues in a busy, high-pressure environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, observant, and able to adapt quickly to different situations and people from varied cultural backgrounds. You should bring a positive attitude, a strong service mindset, and the ability to stay solution-oriented during a demanding schedule.

Qualifications and experience

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• A high school qualification is the minimum education level; Grade 12 is required.
• Strong spoken and written English is essential.
• Height must be at least 160 cm, with a standing reach of 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos may be shown while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless fully covered by bandages or cosmetics.
• Candidates must be able to meet UAE employment visa requirements, as the base location is Dubai.

Compensation and benefits

The pay package includes a fixed monthly salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The listed basic salary is AED 4,980 per month, with flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. The average total monthly pay is AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary in arrears in the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation, airport transportation, relocation assistance, tax-free earnings, profit share, concessional travel, free accommodation and transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.

This position is based in Dubai, even though the opportunity is listed for the Berlin Metropolitan Area. Relocation support is provided to help successful candidates settle in Dubai.
