Role Overview

KGDR Consultants Inc. is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to contribute on a flexible, as-required basis for the PMIS Phase 2 Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead information-gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to capture business needs.
Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) based on discussions and analysis.
Identify gaps in current processes and suggest practical improvements to enhance efficiency.
Review change requests and evaluate their possible effects on scope, operations, and delivery.
Ensure business objectives are translated into workable technical solutions.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior exposure to enterprise software rollouts and digital transformation programs will be given preference.
