Role summary

The Brand Experience Specialist is responsible for driving sales of Alice and Olivia, FRAME, and rag & bone products across NorthPark Center. The role combines strong customer service, product expertise, polished merchandise presentation, personal client building, and support in educating store colleagues.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will act as the main vendor contact for the General Manager and Assistant General Manager across all three brands. You will help grow the business by improving customer experience and product display standards, while partnering with visual merchandising and store teams to keep brand presentation elevated.

You will also support store partners and leadership in meeting brand sales targets, work closely with brand stakeholders, and lead product knowledge and selling education on the store floor. A major part of the job involves reviewing daily KPIs, preparing weekly recaps, monitoring business performance across weekly, monthly, and seasonal plans, and using data plus on-the-ground insights to uncover opportunities. The role also calls for building a customer-focused team culture and sharing business priorities clearly so leadership stays aligned and equipped to act.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in retail sales. Prior management experience is preferred, though it is not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with comfort communicating with both brand and store teams by email and phone.

The role requires regular standing and walking throughout the store, with the ability to reach all customer areas. Candidates must also be able to bend, lift, carry, open, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds as needed. A flexible schedule is required, including availability for days, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
