Branch Manager (Tamale)

About the role

MPC Limited is focused on offering construction equipment that combines quality with affordability. In this branch leadership position, you will help grow the company’s presence in northern Ghana while keeping daily branch activities efficient and customer-focused.

What you’ll do

• Manage the branch’s day-to-day work, including stock control and account handling.
• Promote products and services through both in-person field activity and online marketing efforts.
• Build strong customer connections that support repeat business and sales growth.
• Learn the company’s equipment thoroughly so you can answer customer questions confidently and accurately.
• Keep sales, delivery schedules, and post-sale support aligned and running smoothly.
• Work with management to create and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving targets.
• Use sales data, market research, and customer feedback to guide product ordering and refine sales approaches.

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology, or a similar discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with social media platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of background in sales, trade, business, or management.
• Exposure to construction equipment or machinery will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, customer service, learning agility, and analytical/data handling skills.

Additional information

This position is based in Tamale, Northern Region, Ghana and requires on-site work. The role centers on branch performance, customer retention, and helping the business expand across northern Ghana.
