BIM Coordinator

Role overview

CUBE - Digital Construction Platform is looking for a BIM Coordinator to support the rollout of digital construction workflows across infrastructure projects. The position will play a key part in expanding BIM usage, improving cross-team coordination, and enabling advanced project simulation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee BIM model coordination across multiple disciplines, ensuring the information remains aligned, accurate, and consistent.
• Plan and run 4D and 5D simulations to support construction sequencing and cost-linked project planning.
• Establish and maintain Common Data Environment platforms to improve collaboration and information sharing.
• Use digital field tools for site-level data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Support the implementation of Cube solutions for BIM modelling, CDE configuration, and 4D/5D workflow execution.

Required background

• Sound understanding of BIM workflows and coordination practices.
• Practical experience working with 4D and 5D BIM tools along with project simulations.
• Capability to configure and manage CDE platforms.
• Exposure to field digitization tools and technologies.
• Prior site exposure or familiarity with construction site operations will be an advantage.
