Barista

Role Overview

We are looking for a Barista to join a non-alcoholic beverage team in Doha. In this position, you will prepare coffee drinks and refreshing specialty beverages while helping create a pleasant experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks along with non-dairy beverage options.
• Mix mocktails, fresh juices, and other cold specialty drinks.
• Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well arranged during service.
• Follow recipes carefully to ensure every drink is made consistently and correctly.
• Offer friendly, attentive service to guests throughout the shift.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation rules at all times.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience working as a barista in a cafe or restaurant.
• Prior experience preparing mocktails or other non-alcoholic specialty beverages is necessary.
• Sound understanding of coffee preparation, including espresso and manual brewing techniques.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong guest-handling skills with a warm, approachable personality.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
