About the Role

What to Expect
No prior barista experience is required. The key requirement is a genuine enthusiasm for serving customers and making their day better. You’ll spend your time building connections, preparing handcrafted beverages, and learning each customer’s preferences to help create a personal experience.
Key Duties
- Prepare beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards
- Assist with opening and closing tasks, cash handling, and store safety/security procedures
- Support colleagues during busy periods to keep service running smoothly
- Stay aware of store and customer needs and respond proactively
- Deliver warm, customer-first service and build authentic relationships with guests
- Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and well organised for both customers and team members
Working Hours
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on store requirements.
