Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Barista position in Jaipur. The role involves preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages to café standards, while keeping the bar area and seating spaces clean, orderly, and ready for guests. The barista will also support light food preparation, handle customer orders and payments, and help maintain fast, accurate, and friendly service throughout the day.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve a range of coffees, teas, and other beverages in line with café procedures.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, safely and correctly.
• Assist with preparing light snacks and bakery-style items when required.
• Take guest orders, process payments, and ensure transactions are handled accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the bar, service, and seating areas.
• Welcome guests, answer menu-related questions, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and other bar essentials as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices at all times.
• Support the team with opening and closing routines and other daily café tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates should be comfortable working directly with customers and should bring experience or familiarity with making coffee drinks and using espresso equipment. Strong communication skills are important for taking orders correctly, sharing menu details, and coordinating smoothly with teammates. The role also requires basic food preparation ability, along with helpful knowledge of cash handling, hygiene practices, scheduling reliability, and prior experience in a café or hospitality setting.
