Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Associate position is based in Singapore. The role supports sourcing and assessing deals by carrying out market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential investment and credit opportunities. It also includes constructing and maintaining financial models, preparing investment notes and presentation materials, and helping structure tailored credit solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate will help track portfolio performance, refresh internal reporting, and coordinate with both internal teams and external counterparts. The position also contributes to discussions with senior colleagues, including investment committee preparation, and supports ongoing refinement of the firm’s credit and investment approach.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring strong analytical ability and solid grounding in finance, with hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis. They should also be comfortable gathering market intelligence, conducting research, and turning findings into clear, data-backed reports and presentations.

The role calls for someone who can juggle several priorities at once, stay detail-oriented in a fast-moving setting, and communicate effectively with teammates and outside partners. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required; higher education or professional credentials such as CFA or CA are considered an advantage.

Previous experience in investment banking, private credit, venture debt, private equity, or corporate finance is preferred. Familiarity with technology-led, high-growth businesses and with the Southeast Asia market is also desirable. Experience in a fund or fund management environment is an added benefit.
