Role Overview

We are hiring a performance marketing associate manager to help run and improve advertising activity on Amazon.com across multiple global markets. This is a hybrid role based in New York, with three in-office days each week.

What You Will Do

  • Set up, launch, and track full-funnel campaigns such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and DSP in line with established brand direction.
  • Monitor monthly paid media spend and flag pacing or budget risks early.
  • Review keyword performance and search trends on a regular basis to uncover fresh targeting ideas.
  • Adjust bids, negative keyword lists, and targeting settings to strengthen ROAS, CTR, and CPC results.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing and regional teams by preparing data extracts and handling administrative support.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries that highlight trends and campaign movement.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team so ad copy and visuals stay aligned with Amazon standards and the brand’s identity.
  • Track competitor moves and market activity on Amazon to inform future go-to-market planning.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is detail-focused, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. Strong analytical ability, confidence with reporting, and the capacity to manage several priorities at once are important for success in this role.

Skills and Experience
