- Use the Crew Manager (CM) system for crew tracking and become fully trained in its day-to-day operations.
- Update and maintain crew rosters on a daily basis.
- Check alerts in CM related to ANR, rest, operational and flight recency issues, then act quickly to correct them and avoid breaches.

- Document the cause of any minus-crew situation affecting Singapore Airlines flights.
- Carry out Load Based Variable Manning based on passenger load and aircraft type.
- Create COPs for standby activation and SNY COPs for training crew after office hours, on weekends, and on public holidays.
- Track crew complement needs for VVIP and selected charter flights.
- Arrange tickets for positioning crew when needed.
- Submit daily APIS, APP, and CTA to the relevant overseas authorities and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Handle operational disruptions such as delays, diversions, aircraft on ground (AOG), aircraft changes, retimings, and cancellations.
- Ensure operations comply with ANR rules on flight duty period (FDP), flight time limitations (FTL), minimum rest requirements, and the Collective Agreement.
- Respond promptly and courteously to crew requests involving medical leave, off-days, annual leave, compassionate leave, CSR days, and flight requests tied to flight recency.
- Manage crew resignations and deassignment from flight duties and training courses.
- Follow service, safety, and quality procedures at the Control Centre, including matters such as crew stepping down, lost staff ID, safety shoes, work permits, passports, and visa requirements.
- Support the rollout and improvement of Control Centre IT tools such as Crew App, Crew Manager (CMX), and Notifications to Crew (CNC).
- Assist the Duty Manager or Duty AO during crew medical emergencies.
- Support the Crisis Management team in line with the Crisis Management Manual.
- Take on any additional duties assigned by the CC Senior Manager, CCE/AM, including operations staff training.
