Role overview
Rituals is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the shop leadership team in Navan, County Meath. In this position, you will help create memorable customer experiences while developing your own leadership skills in a busy store environment.
What you will do
You will work closely with the Store Manager as the key deputy in the shop. The role centers on inspiring the team, maintaining strong customer service, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will step in to lead when needed and help ensure the store performs well through effective teamwork, service quality, and operational discipline.
You will also be expected to act as a positive example for the team and represent the Rituals brand with confidence. Part of the job includes helping build a workplace culture based on trust and constructive feedback, supporting the recruitment and retention of a diverse store team, and coaching colleagues so they stay engaged and can reach their full potential. In addition, you will support the Store Manager with everyday business tasks.
Store environment
This is an outlet-based role in a busy, high-traffic setting. Success in the position requires strong operational standards, especially in stock control and inventory handling, along with a consistently high level of customer care.

Experience and capabilities
- Previous experience at Assistant Store Manager level or in a comparable role within retail or hospitality.

- Experience passing on knowledge in a way that encourages positive behaviour change and supports team development.
- Good judgment with solid problem-solving and decision-making ability.
