Role Overview
For the Stradivarius store at Überseequartier in Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you turn strategy into visible store results and help ensure that people, performance, and processes work together smoothly.
What You Will Do
You will lead teams, support the growth of talent, and help make sure commercial targets are consistently reflected in day-to-day store operations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help set priorities, guide decisions, and keep the store moving forward.
Your focus will include sales performance, customer service quality, team motivation, and operational execution. Your contribution will be visible across the team, on the sales floor, and in the business figures.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who understands that a successful store is built where leadership creates direction and motivation drives results. You should be able to keep an eye on revenue, service standards, and team atmosphere at the same time, while helping the store reach its goals every day.
