Assistant Manager (m/w/d)

Role overview

Stradivarius is hiring an Assistant Manager for its store in the Mall of Berlin. This is a permanent, full-time position focused on keeping the store running smoothly while supporting the leadership team in day-to-day operations.

What you will do

In this role, you will combine hands-on operational support with people leadership. You will help steer the store through daily business, support the management team, guide staff on the floor, and make sure service, sales, and internal processes work together efficiently.

You will also help implement standards, back up the team whenever support is needed, and contribute to maintaining a strong commercial performance. The position is about creating structure in the store and helping turn that structure into success.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate understands that a successful store depends on consistency, responsibility, and strong teamwork. You should be able to spot when support is required and step in confidently.

Working closely with management, you will help uphold agreed standards, accompany the team in daily work, and keep the commercial momentum going.
