Jaquar Group is looking for a Business Development professional focused on the architects segment. In this position, you will represent the brand in the assigned territory, build awareness around the company’s Complete Bathing and Lighting Solutions (CBLS), and strengthen engagement with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and consultants. The role is centered on relationship-building, product education, event execution, and converting interest into business through disciplined follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a brand representative for Jaquar Group within the assigned market.
  • Educate architects and other key stakeholders about the company’s vision, scale, and relationships with well-known professionals in the design ecosystem.
  • Present the value proposition of Jaquar’s CBLS range and explain its major benefits and differentiators.
  • Share detailed product information across all relevant verticals with architects and decision-makers.
  • Handle and progress CRM architect and interior designer accounts to support CBLS business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Introduce new concepts and products from the Artize and Jaquar brands to the architect community.
  • Plan and run special events for architects and interior designers.
  • Follow up with CRM architects within 20 days after events to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Conduct the assigned minimum number of business meetings.
  • Monitor leads handed over to the frontline sales team and coordinate the necessary follow-up actions.
  • Keep architects updated on product launches, changes, and major company developments.
  • Ensure that brochures, literature, CDs, and other supporting materials are available when required.
  • Respond to product and service-related questions from architects and other key decision-makers.
  • Track escalated concerns and reconnect with architects after resolution.
  • Arrange visits to Atelier, Jaquar World, Orientation Centers, and manufacturing facilities for architects and key decision-makers.
  • Work toward revenue targets for CBLS across the relevant product lines.
