A key part of the role is reviewing consumer, shopper and category information to guide decisions and identify opportunities in the market. You will also keep an eye on competitor activity and flag potential areas for growth.
Shopper marketing
- Lead shopper activation programmes, including point-of-sale material, promotions and retailer-led initiatives.
- Work with agencies, Commercial and Field Sales teams to ensure strong in-store delivery.
Sampling and experiential activity
- Own the national sampling programme for the Green Farm brand.
- Coordinate agencies, logistics and the delivery of high-quality brand experiences.
Social and digital marketing
- Manage the Green Farm social content schedule with support from agency partners.
- Create and deliver campaigns that build awareness, engagement and measurable return on investment.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and make sure they align with brand standards and compliance requirements.
Performance and commercial management
- Track brand performance and turn results into clear, practical recommendations.
- Manage the Green Farm marketing budget, including financial tracking and related processes.
Stakeholder and agency management
- Build effective working relationships across Marketing, Commercial and Operations.
- Represent and champion the Green Farm brand internally and with external partners.
What success looks like after 12 months
- Brand campaigns and plans are delivered strongly and on schedule.
- Innovation projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget.
- The role contributes clearly to brand and category growth.
- In-store and digital activations are executed to a high standard.
- You are confident influencing stakeholders and helping drive decisions.
