Architectural Designer

Role Overview

Studio SOGO is seeking an Architectural Designer to join its Atlanta team. This opportunity is geared toward an early-stage designer who brings curiosity, imagination, and a willingness to learn through hands-on work.

What You’ll Work On

You will contribute to projects across hospitality, retail, multifamily, residential, institutional, and K-12 sectors, working with architects, designers, strategists, and other creative team members.

The role is designed for someone who wants meaningful involvement from the start rather than spending extended periods on repetitive drafting or detail redlines.

Ways You’ll Contribute

• Participate in real project work and day-to-day design development.
• Take part in design discussions and collaborate with the broader project team.
• Support client-facing work and contribute to live project deliverables.
• Bring initiative, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to the studio.
• Ask questions, learn quickly, and grow within a creative environment.

Candidate Profile

The firm is open to candidates graduating from an accredited architecture program, as well as applicants with up to one year of professional experience.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, a 10% annual bonus target, and unlimited PTO after completing one year with the company.
