About the Role

Freebridge Cleaning Services is hiring dependable, detail-focused Airbnb Cleaners for properties in Canmore and nearby areas, as assigned. The role is centered on preparing short-term rental homes to a hotel-level finish between guest stays. You should be able to work efficiently, stay consistent, and handle several units in a day without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out full turnover cleaning for Airbnb and vacation rental accommodations.
• Refresh kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared spaces to the company’s standards.
• Change linens and make beds according to each property’s instructions.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies when needed.
• Flag any damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items.
• Capture and send completion photos after finishing each cleaning.
• Work through property-specific checklists and cleaning steps.
• Make sure the unit is ready for the next guest before check-in time.

Requirements

Candidates need at least 1 year of professional experience in hotel or Airbnb cleaning. A valid driver’s licence and access to a dependable vehicle are required, along with a smartphone that has internet access. Applicants must be legally allowed to work in Canada and be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg). This position also requires the ability to work on your own with limited supervision.

Availability and Performance Expectations

Weekend availability is mandatory, including both Saturdays and Sundays. The employer also expects flexibility during busy tourism periods and holidays, plus the ability to accept same-day or short-notice work when required. On average, cleaners should be able to prepare 2–3 Airbnb units per day while keeping standards high, meeting check-in deadlines, and following SOPs, safety rules, and client expectations.

Preferred Background

Extra value is given to candidates with experience in Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or resort cleaning. Familiarity with cleaning checklists and inspection tools is helpful, as is knowledge of stain removal, linen care, and staging properties.

Compensation

Pay is competitive and depends on unit size. There may also be opportunities to take on additional units, and performance bonuses can be offered.
