Overview

This role combines administrative coordination with support for quality, health, safety, environment, and HR operations. The position works closely with the Country Manager, Quality Manager, HR, and operational teams to help keep documentation, audits, reporting, policies, and safety planning on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR operations audit support and employee documentation processes.
  • Help implement and track HR administration activities.
  • Collect information and inputs for the Country Manager to support strategic planning, budgeting, human capital cost tracking, and possible cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support the Quality Manager and HR team by researching, drafting, improving, and maintaining policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
  • Help communicate and reinforce company values across the organization.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for employee records, including exit interviews, and share relevant findings with management.
  • Work with operational teams to establish and maintain quality, environmental, and security procedures.
  • Maintain control systems and documentation processes.
  • Track performance data and prepare reports.
  • Prepare for and lead internal and external QHES audits.
  • Contribute to the development of quality, environmental, and security goals and targets within the strategic plan.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate the Country Safety Plan, including support for occupational health and safety strategy and performance targets.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role, either in a generalist capacity or within HR specialization areas such as compensation, talent management, or learning and development.
  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred.
  • Alternatively, at least 3 years of junior-level HR experience is acceptable.
  • Experience in the related HR environment is required.
