Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you will support tradie customers in getting the most value from the Builderscrack platform. Your focus will be on helping them attract more clients, use the digital tools effectively, and achieve better results through personalised account support.
Success in this role means retaining and expanding a large customer base, hitting and surpassing KPIs and sales goals, and using strong product knowledge to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and outperform daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls, usually around 60 to 80 per day
- Manage a portfolio of trade accounts by growing, nurturing and retaining customers
- Carry out renewal conversations and re-engage former customers
- Support tradies in making the most of their profile and subscription
- Clearly communicate the value, benefits and return on investment of the platform
- Respond to objections, close sales and move customers into higher-value plans
- Keep CRM data accurate and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
About You
- You have experience in a phone-based role that involved handling high call volumes
- You bring a solid background in sales, account management or customer retention
- You have a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- You are organised, driven and motivated to help customers succeed
