Subject Matter Expert - Economics

About the opportunity

Kunduz Technologies is hiring a part-time, work-from-home Subject Matter Expert in Economics. The company is a global ed-tech platform focused on making learning resources easier to access and helping students get their academic questions answered through a tutor network supported by AI.

This internship is designed for candidates who can support learners by solving economics doubts and preparing clear, step-by-step explanations that students can easily follow.

What you will do

• Resolve live student doubts in economics by preparing written solutions.
• Support questions from competitive exams, entrance tests, class assignments, and other assessments in economics.
• Write solutions neatly in blue or black ink on plain white paper, capture a photo, and upload it through the tutor app.
• Prepare detailed, easy-to-read, step-by-step answers that an average student can understand.
• Ensure every response is original and free from plagiarism.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a remote internship, able to begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and available for the full 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Other requirements

• You should be able to dedicate at least 1–2 hours per day to student support.
• Candidates should either be pursuing or have completed an economics degree, or have relevant teaching experience.
• You must be comfortable working during the 8 PM to 10 AM IST window.

Compensation and perks

The stipend offered is INR 4,000 to 5,000 per month. Additional benefits include flexible work hours, periodic incentives for active experts, weekly pay, and preference for existing subject matter experts if a full-time opportunity opens up and they match the requirements.
