About the internship

Brain Quest is looking for a highly imaginative social media content creator intern who understands how Instagram and Facebook work and can produce digital content that captures attention and drives interaction. The ideal candidate will already have some experience creating reels, posts, or campaigns that have produced measurable engagement.

What you will do

• Develop and publish Instagram reels, posts, and stories that are engaging and platform-appropriate.
• Brainstorm and execute fresh content concepts, including hooks, trend-based ideas, and storytelling-led formats.
• Contribute to shaping the brand’s tone of voice and visual style.
• Keep track of new trends, content formats, and platform changes.
• Work with the team on content calendars and campaign rollouts.
• Review performance metrics and turn them into practical insights for improvement.

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 29th Jun'26 and 3rd Aug'26, can commit to a 6-month internship, and have the relevant skills and interest for the role.

Other requirements

• A strong portfolio that shows previous content creation work.
• Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook trends as well as how their algorithms behave.
• Creative, idea-driven thinking with a content-first approach.
• Comfort using content tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Ability to create content with a focus on engagement, reach, and shareability.

Stipend

₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
