This position is designed to support a strong work-life balance through a rotating 4-on/4-off roster, made up of 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, and 4 days off.
Applicants with forklift licences and prior leadership or supervisory experience may also be suitable for the Senior Warehouse Operator pathway and are encouraged to apply.
Key duties

- Carry out routine stock checks and maintain accurate movement records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by raising problems or inefficiencies.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, well organised, and safe at all times.
What we are looking for
Previous forklift operation and warehouse knowledge are highly regarded, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are just as important, as full training can be provided.
- Strong communication and time-management abilities.
- A careful eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- The ability to work independently and also contribute well in a team.
- Sound understanding of warehouse and operational processes.
- Experience with SAP and RF scanners would be an advantage.

- Access to an active social club and team connection.
