Role Overview

This position is for a waiter based in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The role focuses on delivering attentive service in a hotel dining environment, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and accurate support throughout their meal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and high-quality service to guests throughout the dining experience.
• Accurately record and submit food and beverage orders.
• Present and deliver menu items and drinks efficiently and in a professional manner.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Work efficiently in a busy environment while managing multiple tasks at once.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team and management to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a courteous and approachable attitude at all times.
• Comply with all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Previous waiter experience in a hotel setting is required.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to handle several tasks efficiently at the same time.
• Solid understanding of menu items to assist guests with choices.
• Confidence in addressing guest questions and concerns.
• English fluency is essential; Arabic language ability will be an advantage.
