Role Overview
Rexha Law & Tax is looking for a specialist to handle visa processing, single permit applications, and residence permits. The position is based in Tirana and involves supporting clients through document preparation, submission, and follow-up across relevant online systems and official procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the paperwork required for visa applications, single permits, and residence permits.
- Support applicants throughout the process of biometrics cards and residence permit applications.
- Submit and track files through the relevant electronic platforms.
- Work with clients to collect, check, and complete the documents needed for each case.
- Handle UK visa applications and follow the associated procedures.
- Translate documents and format them according to official requirements.
Language Requirement
English proficiency at B2 level is required.
