Valet Driver

Overview

This position is with SP+, part of Metropolis Technologies, an AI-driven mobility company focused on making parking simpler through computer vision. The organization supports checkout-free parking, eliminating the need for tickets, kiosks, apps, or card payments. Role Summary

The company is seeking a safe and customer-friendly overnight valet driver who enjoys working with people and can contribute to a supportive, experienced team. This role can also be a strong starting point for someone looking to build a career in the field.

Key Duties

• Check each vehicle carefully before parking it and document any existing issues or observations.
• Clearly communicate valet pricing to customers.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions.
• Follow traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Escalate accidents, safety concerns, unusual incidents, and policy breaches to management.
• Be familiar with local streets, landmarks, and highways so directions can be provided when needed.
• Arrive on time for every scheduled shift in clean uniform and ready to work.
• Stay in full uniform throughout the entire shift.
• Support managers with other tasks as assigned.

Compensation

The pay is $17.00 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• A valid state driver’s license, a current address, and an acceptable driving record.
• Comfort driving vehicles with manual transmission is considered an advantage.
• Availability for special scheduling needs, including second shift, third shift, and weekends.
• Proof that you are legally permitted to work in the United States if selected.
• Ability to share accurate information with customers and coworkers while handling complaints professionally.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and understand brief emails, memos, and instructions.
• Capacity to follow verbal and written directions and stay composed when schedules, conditions, or plans change unexpectedly.
