UX/UI Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a UX/UI specialist supporting a client project focused on improving a platform used by a global audience. The work centers on shaping user experiences for web and mobile products, with an emphasis on usability, clarity, and polished visual execution.

Job Details

• Position: UX/UI Designer
• Work mode: Remote, available from anywhere
• Engagement type: Contract
• Pay range: $15 to $85 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Create and improve interface components for both web and mobile experiences.
• Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to make sure design ideas can be implemented effectively.
• Run user research activities and usability checks, then use the findings to refine the product.
• Build and update design systems, including style guidelines and reusable UI components.
• Develop layouts that are both attractive and practical, with a strong focus on user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A strong portfolio that includes UX/UI case studies and completed design work.
• Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping workflows.
• Good understanding of design fundamentals, including typography and color theory.
• Ability to work independently while handling several design tasks at once.
