The role is for a Technical Project Manager / Solution Delivery Manager who will oversee project delivery, work directly with clients and internal teams, and ensure initiatives are executed successfully from planning through delivery. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical project management capabilities, along with a results-oriented approach.
Core responsibilities
- Own delivery operations and overall service delivery for assigned projects.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from an operational, transition, and financial perspective while maintaining service quality.
- Make sure all KPI and SLA commitments are achieved in line with contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Serve as the main contact and escalation point for delivery-related issues within the customer environment.
- Work closely with transition teams and client stakeholders to resolve transition concerns quickly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and respond proactively to their needs.
- Facilitate best-practice sharing sessions to improve delivery outcomes across teams.
- Coordinate internal and external technical resources required for project execution.
- Track project costs and profitability with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or 10 years of industry-specific experience.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, ticketing, and management platform infrastructures.
- Solid technical IT and project management background with strong client service orientation.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and resources across different sites in a fast-changing environment.
- Initiative, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Good judgment and decision-making capability.
- Clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Capability to handle several projects at once.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
