Role Overview
Bullhorn is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support its recruiting team during a period of higher-than-usual hiring demand. In this 6-month contract role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for a defined set of open positions, helping ensure candidates move smoothly through the process, hiring managers receive steady support, and recruiting standards remain consistent.
The organization is focused on building an exceptional customer experience and is guided by five core values: Ownership, Energy, Speed & Agility, Service, and Being Human. These principles shape how employees work with customers and colleagues, and they reflect a culture that values accountability, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Bullhorn describes its environment as energetic, fast-moving, and results-oriented, with strong recognition for people who take initiative, learn quickly, and grow through challenges. The company also emphasizes internal development, leadership accountability, emotional intelligence, and shared success across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, especially across technology, engineering, professional services, support, and other business areas as needed.
- Run intake discussions with hiring managers to confirm role needs, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Build candidate pipelines and review applicants using AI-supported screening tools.
- Keep candidate communication timely, professional, and consistent throughout the hiring journey.
- Arrange interview scheduling, panel preparation, and post-interview debrief coordination.
- Keep ATS records accurate, including stage changes, disposition updates, and notes.
- Work closely with the TA team and the Senior Director of Talent Management to balance requisition priorities and surface capacity or process concerns early.
- Provide hiring managers with regular pipeline status updates and clear expectations on timing and next steps.
Required Background
- 5 to 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong history of recruiting technical talent, such as software engineering, systems engineering, or solutions/sales roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology organization.
- Ability to manage a large, multi-opening workload independently.
- Comfort using sourcing methods and AI or automation tools within the screening process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates and hiring managers.
- Independent contractor mindset with minimal ramp-up and little need for supervision, while staying focused on outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to recruiting across multiple functional areas.
- Previous experience using Workday as an ATS.
- Background in recruiting international or high-volume technical positions.
