Role overview
Specsavers in Castlebar is looking for a Store Manager to help keep day-to-day store operations running efficiently. In this position, you will work closely with the Store Directors to guide the team toward the right decisions for each customer, while also supporting the store’s wider commercial goals. The role is suited to someone who naturally leads by example and is comfortable taking responsibility for service standards and team performance.

You will help create a strong customer experience, set expectations for the team, and contribute to meeting business objectives. The role also involves supporting and developing colleagues so they can perform at their best and continue growing professionally.

Requirements
