Store Delivery Driver

Role Overview

NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to move automotive parts throughout the metropolitan area. In this role, you will represent the brand on the road and with customers, while enjoying a stable full-time position, flexible scheduling, and access to company benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport parts and supplies to customers promptly and accurately, while keeping deliveries safe and dependable.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, professional way to strengthen relationships at each stop.
• Collect parts from vendors and help keep stockroom inventory accurate.
• Observe all road safety rules and company driving standards when operating delivery vehicles.
• Carry out regular checks on trucks, including basic cleanliness and tire-pressure checks.
• Record deliveries carefully and use company tools to monitor shipment activity.
• Assist store operations by upholding facility standards, supporting dispatch tasks, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, and stocking shelves when needed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and remain on your feet or walking for long periods.
• Experience handling cash and processing returns accurately.
• Good communication skills, including clear speaking and active listening.
• Comfort navigating city streets with GPS or directions.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay rate for this job is $17.75. For many hourly positions, pay increases are structured so that the top rate is reached within 12 months of hire. For some roles, the starting pay may be set based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
