This position is for a Retail Sales Associate / Crew member. It is an entry-level role designed for people who need scheduling flexibility. The work typically includes cash handling, fuel-related transactions, cleaning, stocking shelves, and, for some foodservice assignments, preparing food and maintaining food safety standards. A friendly team atmosphere and regular customer interaction are part of the job.

Training and Growth

Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service can help, but it is not mandatory. Applicants with a positive attitude will receive training to help them succeed. The company emphasizes internal advancement and offers opportunities to grow into higher roles.

Key Expectations

• Consistently deliver a strong customer experience and aim to exceed expectations on every visit
• Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times
• Prepare and present food properly, including making coffee and other customer favorites
• Handle cash accurately, process fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
• Follow health code and food safety requirements
• Manage multiple tasks while standing, bending, and reaching repeatedly, and lift up to 50 pounds when needed

Compensation

The posted pay range for this role is CAD 18.00 to CAD 24.12 per hour. The company notes that the final offer may vary from the advertised range, where permitted by applicable law.
