Role Overview
This full-time hourly warehouse position is based in Lethbridge, Alberta, and focuses on shipping and receiving activities for bagged ingredients and product movement. The role is part of a global nutrition and agricultural processing organization with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and operational accuracy.
Key Duties
- Unload and load bagged ingredients safely and efficiently.
- Load bagged ingredients and finished bagged product onto customer trucks.
- Use warehouse and operating equipment in line with established standard operating procedures.
- Guide and train other team members working in the same area.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and Environmental Health & Safety expectations.
- Prepare, verify, and complete daily operator reports as needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for operations.
- Support bagged inventory control and monthly inventory counts.
- Carry out basic equipment upkeep and lubrication, and report any equipment issues to the plant manager.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for someone with hands-on experience in tractor operation, bulk warehousing, basic mechanical upkeep, and machine operation. Strong attention to detail, the ability to supervise and train others, and a collaborative team mindset are important for success in this role.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma is required.

- Pre-employment medical and reference screening must be successfully completed.
- Regular attendance is essential, and overtime may be required depending on business needs.
- A commitment to the company’s Environmental Health & Safety standards is expected.
- Applicants must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
- Relocation support is not offered.
Compensation and Benefits
The position pays CAD 25.00 per hour.
