Role overview
This opportunity is for a Senior Manager of Operations Strategy with a partner organization that will handle applications and the rest of the hiring process. The role is based in the United States and is fully remote. It is designed for someone who can connect executive-level direction with practical execution in a fast-growing, mission-focused setting.
You will lead cross-functional work that improves how complex care operations are planned, run, and scaled. The position combines strategic problem-solving, analytical depth, and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with senior leaders to turn uncertainty into structured plans, measurable targets, and effective operating systems.
The environment is collaborative, data-driven, and fast paced. The work has direct influence on clinical operations, revenue performance, and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will own strategic initiatives from initial design through implementation and impact tracking. You will be expected to shape operational outcomes and strengthen long-term scalability across the business.
- Drive complex initiatives across functions from strategy development through execution and performance review.
- Convert executive priorities into practical operating models, workflows, and rollout plans.
- Bring Clinical, Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial partners into alignment so execution stays coordinated.
- Create financial models, business cases, and analytical tools that guide decision-making.
- Spot operational risks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks early and recommend solutions that can scale.
- Work with data teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures that measure operational and business performance.
- Improve processes continuously by identifying automation opportunities and broader structural upgrades.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution in complex, changing environments. The background should reflect consulting-level rigor, analytical strength, and experience supporting growth at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or another highly analytical role.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or a high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Advanced analytical ability, including building financial models, business cases, or performance frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings with limited structure and shifting priorities.
- A genuine interest in improving access to pediatric mental health care and contributing to mission-driven work.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers an annual salary range of $135,000 to $155,000, depending on experience and qualifications. It is a paid, full-time position.
- Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) with employer match and health coverage starting on day one.
- Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, and paid service days.
- A four-week paid sabbatical.
- 12-week paid parental leave.
- Fully remote setup, with occasional in-person team retreats.
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare innovation and access-focused work.
- Exposure to experienced, high-performing teams.
Hiring and data processing notes
The hiring company manages the application review and the next stages of the process. Applications are screened using an AI-assisted matching system to compare candidates against the role’s core requirements before a shortlist is shared with the employer. Final decisions, including interviews and assessments, are made by the hiring company’s internal team.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed to assess candidacy and shared with the employer as needed for recruitment. AI tools may support parts of the screening workflow, but human judgment remains central to the final hiring decision. Candidates may request information about how their data is handled and may exercise applicable privacy rights, including access, correction, deletion, and objection.
