Role Overview
This position is part of the Enabling Areas function within CEAC, focused on Risk and Brand Protection in Bengaluru. The role supports delivery excellence activities across the firm, working with teams involved in data analytics, data management, research, and reporting.
What You Will Do
- Check how the Engagement Acceptance and Continuance process is being followed by teams in non-audit functions and identify any gaps or exceptions.
- Prepare and circulate reports after each quarterly testing cycle is completed.
- Review the final messages shared with engagement partners and managers once testing is finished.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on open issues or exceptions.
- Share testing outcomes through quarterly communication reports.
- Issue quarterly updates based on the completion of testing activities.
- Study the findings to understand root causes and present the analysis to leadership.
- Update the Quality and Compliance Dashboard so the findings can be considered during the appraisal process.
- Contribute inputs for firm-wide communications and training sessions to improve engagement teams' awareness based on the issues identified.
Requirements
- You should be a qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- About 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate environment is required.
- You need strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is important for this role.
- You must be able to manage and close matters quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills are expected.
Additional Information
This opportunity is based in Bangalore and is intended for full-time onsite work. The role sits within the RRO delivery excellence team and involves coordination with stakeholders across the organisation.
