About the Role

Libera Recruitment & Consultancy is hiring a seasoned Resourcing Specialist to strengthen its team in Dubai. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys talent acquisition, works well in a fast-moving environment, and is committed to delivering strong hiring results.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete hiring process end to end, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Create and execute sourcing approaches that bring in strong-fit candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment assistance.
• Develop and nurture professional networks and reliable talent pools.
• Maintain a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
• Keep track of current hiring trends and modern practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment background, ideally in the energy industry.
• Prior hiring exposure in Drilling, Oilfield Services, EPC, Maritime, Engineering, or similar sectors.
• Experience in Middle East recruitment is helpful, though it is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, plus solid stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Comfort working on your own, handling several open roles at once, and producing results in a high-paced setting.
