ITA International is looking for a Reports and Analysis Support professional to join its team in the United Arab Emirates.
Role Summary
This role supports the 9th Air Force, part of United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT), which oversees operations across the Middle East. The position provides analytical and reporting support to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron and contributes to base security and related support functions across strategically important locations including Al Dhafra AB in the UAE; Ali Al Salem AB and Al Mubarak Air Base in Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB in Saudi Arabia; Muwaffaq-Salti AB in Jordan; Al Udeid AB in Qatar; and CONUS locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide briefs to the Chief of Security Forces and commanders regarding crimes and incidents involving base personnel.
- Handle traffic incident and accident reports, tickets, complaints, and incident/information reports by reviewing, processing, suspending, and distributing them as required.
- Review commander and supervisor responses and final actions to confirm they are timely and appropriate, and take follow-up action when needed.
- Examine reports and related paperwork for accuracy and completeness, then compile statistics, trend summaries, files, and records to support recommendations and actions.
- Oversee installation traffic point operations, as well as driving revocation and debarment programs and related actions.
- Prepare and submit NIBRS, DIBRS, RCS, and other local or higher-headquarters reports as required.
- Keep leadership and personnel informed about current statuses and ongoing activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience entering traffic citations, accidents, and incident or complaint reports into the Air Force-approved system of record.
- At least 1 year of experience working with DoD law enforcement reporting and analysis systems such as ARIS and AFJIS.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with USAF records management.
- Ability to hold and obtain a Government Driver’s License.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Completion of the Indexing Compliance Manager course is preferred.
- Must successfully complete all medical screening required under CENTCOM deployment standards.
- Applicants will undergo a detailed background check under the 9AF ESFS contract.
- Ineligible candidates include those with pending criminal or civil matters, felony arrests, alcohol-related arrests within the last 5 years, moral turpitude arrest records or history, hate-crime involvement, a history of violence, or association with groups that promote extralegal violence.
