Requirements

The clinic is seeking candidates who meet all of the following:

• At least 2 years of verified experience working in medical clinics in Dubai
• Previous exposure to high-end or well-regarded healthcare environments is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a refined and professional approach
• Solid capability in handling patient arrivals, appointment coordination, and billing-related processes accurately
• A highly organized, proactive mindset with the ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
• Valid experience certificates from prior clinics in Dubai are mandatory
