Project Manager – FF&E / Interior Projects

Job Summary

An experienced Project Manager is needed to lead FF&E, interior furnishing, and window treatment assignments across the UAE. The role owns projects from the point of award until final handover, with responsibility for on-time delivery, cost discipline, quality compliance, and a strong client experience.

Key Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Applicants should bring 10+ years of UAE-based experience in FF&E, interior fit-out, building materials, or interior products.
• Prior exposure to handling several projects at the same time is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from award stage through handover and final closure.
• Create project execution plans, timelines, and resource deployment plans.
• Track progress against budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving smoothly.
• Identify project risks, technical challenges, and delays, then drive timely resolution.
• Maintain adherence to specifications, contractual obligations, and quality requirements.
• Participate in client discussions, site walkthroughs, and periodic progress checks.
• Share regular project updates and status reports with management.
